What we can help with
- Questions about a listing. If you believe a provider profile contains an error, send us the profile URL, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and a source link. We investigate every credible correction.
- Ranking methodology. If you have a question about how we score providers, the scoring rubric is explained in full on the How We Rank page. We are happy to go deeper on any dimension.
- Sponsored placements. We sell a limited number of sponsored listings each year. If you want to understand the format, pricing, and editorial constraints, see the Sponsored listings page first, then write to us.
- Community reviews. If you submitted a review and want to check its status, or if you are a provider with a right-of-reply request, start with the Review policy page. Our contact for review disputes is the same inbox above.
- Press and research. We are willing to speak to journalists and researchers covering the sales training industry. Please identify yourself and your publication in the first line.
What we cannot help with
We do not have a provider referral service, a sales training consultancy, or a placement team. If you need a personalised provider recommendation, use the Ava matcher. If you need a human to make the call with you, that is what the concierge handoff at the end of the Ava flow is for.
