What happens next
Magic-link verification (within minutes)
We just emailed your work address a magic link. Click it to verify identity. Reviews submitted without a verified email do not enter the moderation queue.
Editorial moderation (within 5 business days)
Our editorial team reviews every submission for specificity, conflict-of-interest disclosure, employment verification against the domain, and adherence to our review policy. We do not edit reviews. We either publish, return for revision with a specific reason, or reject with cause.
You receive the outcome by email
You will get one of three emails. Published, with a link to the live review. Returned, with the specific reason and an invitation to revise. Rejected, with the cause stated plainly. We never publish anonymously, never alter the content, and never share your contact details with the provider.
The provider sees the review at the same time you do
Providers learn about reviews when they publish, not before. They can request a right-of-reply, which appears as a separate response below the review. They cannot ask us to remove reviews because they disagree with them.
